For groups of people looking to vacation, a property management company can be used to provide vacation rentals that are available to be rented, generally by the week. | The individual who posted the prior comment never had contact with my company. He was an aggressive/impatient driver who nearly ran over a woman in a crosswalk in our town. He became enraged that I prevented a potentially fatal accident by moving my truck to protect the woman. He then proceeded to leave fictitious reviews of my company at various sites on the web. |

This guy is a crook!! Stay away from him. Shawn stole our money managing properties for us. He also stole 2 other clients money that I know off. He is under investigation right now with the Real Estate Board. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this man. |

Absolutely the worst landlord I've ever had and I've had a bunch. Apartment was a disaster at move in (truck tires and other garbage in the living room), no water (despite claims that it would be running), and no appliances. Absolutely filthy and it took a month of work before I could even move in. Maintenance issues afterword were not handled any better. The staff, except Pam, is rude and ineffective. They outright lied on several occasions. Only interested in making money. |

These people are indeed a bunch of incompetent rude individuals! My cat messed up a little portion of carpeting in our hallway and they are charging me for cleaning the whole building. I attended two meetings to talk about it, I called two times, I faxed - all the time asking for a copy of the bill. They keep promising - although they are rude, too - and nothing happens. Today I got the bill again, including a late fee. On top of that, they were rude to my loan person when I was refinancing. Also, they are charging us extra assessment money this year, and as an explanation of where the reserve money went, we keep hearing that it's all our fault because people put rice and pasta in garbage disposal, and plumbers have to be called. |
