Arizona Property Management
Property management services provide services for two distinct groups of people. Property owners can use a local Arizona property management company to help provide income for the property owners. The property owners are usually trying to gain income through a cabin, beach, or other vacation property that they don't use as a full time residence. For groups of people looking to vacation, a AZ property management company can be used to provide vacation rentals that are available to be rented, generally by the week. The management company will provide a contract previously seen by the owner to the renter to ensure that both parties have their expectations met.

CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHAT'S THAT? PROFESSIONAL RESPECT AND COURTESY? FORGET ABOUT IT! ALL ABOUT THE LANDLORD? YEAH RIGHT! TREAT YOUR TENANT WITH EMPATHY AND COMPASSION? GOOD LUCK! Do your due diligence and check out the Tucson (better 1 business 1 bureau) as well. REVOKED Accreditation! Prestige is all about collecting fees from BOTH tenants and landlords. They have no desire to work an honest work week, closed on Fridays and many times unavailable in the afternoons. Call and leave a message and you are likely to never get a return call unless you call them 2-3 more times. If they are that busy they need to hire more help. They should also put their help, including their owners and management, thru a customer service class to teach them what it takes to treat clients with respect and dignity. If you are a landlord and want to rent a low rent property in a less than desirable part of town - this may be the place to go. However, if you are looking to find good, long-term tenants, in the most expeditious manner possible try other property managers. Marketing is a JOKE! How about 3 sentences that describes every other property in Tucson and get charged $40 per ad. As a tenant - fear of calling and getting whacked for every visit. Plus, triple the suggested amount of late fee if you are late one day (no grace). |
SCREWED OVER BY DESERT WIDE PROPERT

Renting from Desert Wide Properties gave me the opportunity to lose $1,300!!!! Isn't that exciting! Rent from them if you'd like a nice session of getting bent over, too! It doesn't matter if you're a model tenant. If you kept your property tidy, if you kept up maintenance on the property by painting, getting the carpets cleaned (on your own dime) and even having the tiles professionally cleaned. NOPE! Desert Wide Properties will find a way to keep all of your deposit and then even be courteous enough to SEND YOU A BILL! I was charged $300 to have the house dusted, it seems. No mind that I spent hours on my knees with a scrub brush and a bucket of soap and water to clean all the tile in the house. Cleaning out every drawer. I was also charged $295 to pull weeds that didn't exist. Funny how those weeds seem to sprout even though we used vegetation killer on the rock areas. I was charged $400 for carpet cleaning despite having a receipt! I was charged $65 for keys that were turned in! I was charged for a mail key that didn't exist! You get the picture. Wow. I'm not the only one. Unfortunately I didn't find out about them until a couple years into my lease. That's right, I rented from them for YEARS and it doesn't matter. I think Mia Aldana, the kind woman who screamed at me over the telephone and hung up on me, has taken great joy is screwing me and others over. It's probably a good way for her to get her frustrations out. If you've suffered at the hands of this nasty company, feel free to contact me! Perhaps the media would like to hear about this type of activity going on! Do not rent from this company!!!
by Feron on June 9th, 2008 on Desert Wide Properties |
| They are the rudest, most unproffessional people I have ever met. They disrespected me and my family when we went to their office to fix THEIR mistake. Save yourself a lot of trouble, frustration, and stress.... i'd rather live in a box than rent from them again. I am not alone... Google Desert wide properties and read the reviews yourself. |
Arizona Real Estate Management
Real estate management companies provide a service that many property owners don't have time to perform themselves. To effectively rent a property and gain income, proper Arizona advertising, marketing, record keeping, and bill collecting must be performed. Although individuals generally look for rental property for vacations, many businesses utilize real estate management services for commercial purposes. Professional AZ real estate management businesses act as the middle man to reduce the risk to the owner and renter by becoming an impartial third party.
