| Whether you have problems with the many apartment complex managers or the main Jamboree office itself, just do nothing because that is what will happen anyway. From my experiences with the management in the 2 years I have lived in this apartment I have come to find that they care very little for you or about you. I would recommend to anyone wanting to rent anything managed by this company to look elsewhere it will say you a lot of time and money. |

| Another terrible nickel and dime property management. We ended up having issues with the neighbors who had 2 noisy dogs disrupting the peace at all hours of the night and day, mainly weekend mornings at 4 and 6am. Annoying! We tried talking to them, talking to property management, and after 4 months of nothing we filed a complaint with the city and told La Belle again. 2 months later we were up to our ears with it and we told them according to tenant laws we had the right to peaceful enjoyment and wanted to break our lease. Seems they were so angry they turned around and charged us an erroneous 800 dollars out of our 2500 deposit for things that were either non-existent and made up, or the normal wear and tear associated with living in a house. No one at Labelle will return our calls or email and they were also unethical in our move out, not notifying or granting our right to a walk through. I cant wait to see them in court. |

| I was woking in San Diego for an extended period of two months. Being away from my family and not being framilair to the area was difficult but this company helped in more ways than I can express. First class I would say that this was the best experience i have had traveling. |

My family and I just moved out of one of ****'s "newer" properties. I have to say the experience over the last several months has been miserable. **** would never return calls or email concerning issues unless it was to his benefit. When sent emails with documents he would deny recieving them even with no bounce back to email. His method for calculating fees, pro-rating rents, and repairs were all outrageous. He repeatedly would inspect the house and find non existant problems, like scuff marks that he would then charge to repaint; cleaning fees charged to our deposit after we had cleaned the carpets; and bringing in his own repairman and not allowing us to repair any issues that were needed...which were bare minimum. He has threatened multiple times that his contract is absolute and that he knows and can over ride the law, then threatens to take all of our deposit if we don't comply. We finally got fed up and spoke with an attorney. After this meeting and further research, we found that most of what he is trying to keep our deposit for is illegal. If we do not recieve a refund of our deposit, we will most likely take him to court. Do not rent from this man. |
