We used Condo Specialties for a mechanical review of our property against our present management companies insistence not to. We found out why, the Director of Property management for Condo Specialties, has a vast knowledge of mechanical systems, especially for hi-rise buildings, I thought I was knowledgeable being a Chief Engineer for a community in Miami, but this guy knows his stuff, inside and out, what we learned in a few hours was amazing. We are considering using Condo Specialties for our community management once our present contract is up, they are lees expensive but once they explained how they work it all made sense. Excellent company, knowledgeable, professional, and maybe not the cheapest but far from the most expensive, what we got in return exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them. |

Never Move in Here!!!

| I've lived here with my husband since feb '06 (almost three years), and have been through 5 different sets of management staff. They change out every 3 to 6 months. The park itself is nice, but management always insists that they need to "clean the place up". But "cleaning the place up" never consists of fixing things that are broken or doing descent landscape. All they do is harass the residents. If you park one tire on the grass in your lot, they threaten to have your vehicle towed. I was told just earlier this week that I'm not allowed to have a garage sale. How is that "cleaning the place up"? And you can never find out who the owner is in order to complain. Don't ever live here unless you want constant harassment by the office. I'm trying to sell my house in here, and I'm still being honest about this because it's so bad. I just bought an RV(to get the F out of here!),and I didn't have it parked in the driveway for an hour and the office sent maintanence to come harass me. I hadn't even had a chance to change clothes yet! So anyway, NEVER MOVE IN HERE!!! IT'S AWFUL!! |

This guy is a crook!! Stay away from him. Shawn stole our money managing properties for us. He also stole 2 other clients money that I know off. He is under investigation right now with the Real Estate Board. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this man. |
