| Please beware. Revid is the worst management company out there. I have never been treated like this by any rental company in my life! I am currently renting an appartment from Revid and since I moved in it has been one issue after another. I call Revid to request an issue be repaired and they never send anyone out, I call again and they say I never called before. I call a third time and same story! Every few weeks it is something else going wrong with the property and they refuse to fix anything properly when they finally do come out to fix it. And to get them to come out I have to take time off of work and go into their office and place a complaint face to face. It is really unfortunate that they have swindled so many abesentee owners of investment properties into allowing them to manage their properties which they allow to go into disrepair. I would not recomend anyone rent from them, hire them to manage their property or even deal with their real estate sales division which I can only assume they are as bad as the rental side and that can be even more dangerous for anyone doing business with them. |
